Farzeen Foda, Founder & Principal, HR Strategy & Consulting

Farzeen Foda is an experienced Human Resources and Strategy professional with over 10 years of experience which has taken her through a range of organizations across the non-profit, private sector, government and broader public sector. Farzeen started her career in Public Health research and policy and later transitioned into Human Resources where she worked with large financial services organizations before transitioning into consulting and entrepreneurship. Today, Farzeen is the Founder and Principal for PeopleStrategy.ca, a consultancy specializing in Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness through the lens of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. PeopleStrategy.ca leverages People Analytics, Technology, and Change Management to design inclusive systems and processes that enable people to thrive at work. Farzeen is a self-proclaimed plant nerd and DIY junkie who enjoys learning more about plants, and up-cycling furniture.
